LinkedIn Sales Navigator Alternatives: 8 Tools Compared by Verified Emails, Phones and Price per Seat

Eight Sales Navigator alternatives grouped as extensions, databases and platforms, compared on price per contact

Publish date: Nov 3, 2026

LinkedIn Sales Navigator sells search and InMail, not contact data. Its plan page lists no email address or phone number on any tier. A team pays $119.99 a seat a month and still buys a second tool to reach anyone outside LinkedIn. The eight LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives below each return an exportable email or phone number, several of them for less than one seat.

They run in order of how much of the LinkedIn workflow each keeps. Lookup extensions that work on the profile page come first, then pay-per-credit databases, then enterprise platforms. Spona is our own product. It sits third because it is an extension, not because it is ours.

Why teams look for LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives

LinkedIn prices the two self-serve tiers per license, and yearly billing takes 25% off Core.

PlanMonthlyYearlyUK monthly
Core$119.99$1,079.88 ($89.99 a month)£94.99
Advanced$159.99$1,799.88 ($149.99 a month)£130.00
Advanced PlusQuoteQuoteQuote

The product is built around search, with 50+ advanced search filters, and LinkedIn aims its CRM features at Advanced Plus. InMail is the main outreach channel inside the product, and UpLead's comparison puts the allowance at 50 InMail credits a month. What no tier sells is a way to contact the person outside LinkedIn. Our Sales Navigator pricing guide walks through each tier, and LinkedIn Premium is a separate ladder.

The seat price is only the start. Sales Navigator came up on 14 Spona sales calls, and three callers quoted their Advanced deal. Those team totals ran $5,065 to $5,738 a year after discounts, as heard on the calls.

Two of the three contracts auto-renew. The one we saw invoiced carried a 5.6% uplift at renewal.

The eight tools below sell what Navigator does not: an email or phone number you can export.

1. Lusha: contact lookup on LinkedIn profiles

Lusha logo, listed as a LinkedIn profile lookup extension among the Sales Navigator alternatives
Lusha is the closest fit for reps who want to keep working inside Sales Navigator pages.
Lusha homepage at lusha.com, a contact lookup extension that works on Sales Navigator pages
The homepage sells data for GTM teams; the LinkedIn extension and credit prices sit a click deeper.

Lusha's Chrome extension is the closest thing to staying inside Navigator. By Lusha's account, it works on LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator and company websites. A rep keeps the saved searches and adds an email to each profile. It replaces the profile view, not the search.

The unit is the credit: one credit reveals an email, five reveal a phone number. The Free plan holds up to 40 credits a month. Paid plans are priced with a credit slider, and teams over five users go through sales. Our Lusha pricing post has the plan prices and the credit math, and Apollo vs Lusha weighs it against Apollo.

2. Kaspr: LinkedIn extension with phone credits

Kaspr logo, listed as a LinkedIn extension with monthly phone credits for teams that call
Kaspr is the extension to pick when phone credits matter more than the email side.
Kaspr homepage at kaspr.io, pitching European contact data through a LinkedIn extension
Kaspr leads with European contact data, so its main audience is teams selling into Europe.

Kaspr's extension reveals phone numbers and emails on LinkedIn profiles, groups and events, and the homepage pitches European contact data. It replaces the profile view for teams that call, because phone credits are the thing you buy.

PlanUS, a user a monthUK, a user a monthPhone credits a monthExports a year
Free$0£05 (plus 15 email credits)100, no period given
Starter$49 to $65£39 to £5110012,000
Business$79 to $99£69 to £8520030,000

The lower price on each paid plan sits with yearly billing. Paid plans carry "unlimited B2B email credits" under a fair-use policy, so the email side costs nothing extra. In our reading, Kaspr is an extension first. Every search feature on its pricing page starts from LinkedIn, so you still need LinkedIn open to find the person.

3. Spona: verified contacts priced per lead

Spona logo, listed third as a chat-style lookup extension that charges per returned contact
Spona charges per returned email or mobile, so a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
Spona homepage at sponasales.com, from a chat to a verified lead list in about 4 minutes
Spona builds the list from a typed customer profile, which replaces the search but not InMail.

Spona is our product, so read this entry as a vendor's. Targeted Search is a chat-style Chrome extension. You submit a profile and it returns a work email for 13 credits and a mobile for 88. A credit costs $0.008 to $0.01 by plan.

An email therefore costs $0.10 to $0.13. A mobile costs $0.70 to $0.88, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.

In its first four weeks, Targeted Search handled 3,286 lookups. Of those, 98.3% returned an email that passed Spona's own check at lookup time, and 81.1% returned a mobile number. The median lookup cost 101 credits. That is about $0.81 to $1.01 for an email and a mobile together.

Two caveats belong next to those rates. Passing Spona's check is not a delivery guarantee, and the mobile rate counts numbers returned, not numbers verified. Users chose which profiles to submit, so the sample is their pipeline, not a random one.

For list building, Standard Search takes an ideal customer profile typed in a chat and delivers a scored, verified list in about 4 minutes. A lead with an email costs $0.024 to $0.07. A lead with a mobile costs $0.28 to $0.55. Each new search session costs a one-time 1,000 credits, and every search starts with a free sample.

The Free plan carries 3,000 one-time credits. Pro is $99 a month for 10,500 credits.

Where Spona does not fit: it sends no InMail and holds no LinkedIn relationship data, so it cannot replace Navigator for social selling. It has no sequencer and no dialer. HubSpot is the only native CRM sync, on Premium and Expert, and Salesforce goes by CSV. Teams that want intent signals will find more in ZoomInfo and Cognism below.

4. UpLead: email and mobile per credit

UpLead logo, listed as a pay-per-credit database where one credit includes email and mobile
UpLead bundles the mobile direct dial into the same credit as the email, a rare pricing unit.
UpLead homepage at uplead.com, verified emails, mobile numbers and intent data per credit
UpLead puts its phone data and price position on the homepage, which is what callers compare.

UpLead prices the simplest unit on this list: one credit is one contact with email and mobile direct dial. It replaces Navigator's lead lists for a team that calls, because the phone comes with the email instead of costing extra.

PlanMonthlyBilled yearlyCredits a month
Free trial$0 for 7 days5
Essentials$99$74170
Plus$199$149400
ProfessionalQuoteQuoteCustom

UpLead's own math puts a credit at $0.50 to $0.60 on monthly billing. On yearly billing that works out to about $0.37 to $0.44, our calculation. Unused credits are the risk, since Essentials buys 170 contacts a month whether or not you use them. For how it holds up against ZoomInfo, see UpLead vs ZoomInfo.

5. Apollo: free plan with built-in sequences

Apollo logo, listed as a database with built-in email sequences and a free plan
Apollo is the pick when the database and the outreach sequencer should share one login.
Apollo homepage at apollo.io, a connected GTM system with a free sign-up and no card required
Apollo sells the whole GTM system, so the contact data is one part of a larger bill.

Apollo bundles a contact database with email campaigns on every account and lists a parallel dialer among its features. It replaces Navigator and the outreach tool at once, for a team that wants one login.

The pricing page lists Free, Basic, Professional and Custom tiers. The current numbers and the credit rules are in our Apollo pricing guide. Two rules shape the real cost. Credits pool across the team and expire each cycle.

The Free plan connects Gmail accounts only. Higher tiers lift the record selection limit, up to 10,000 leads in one export. Against Navigator, Apollo wins on exportable contacts and loses on LinkedIn's own relationship and activity data.

6. Seamless.AI: free trial, then Seamless Pro

Seamless.AI logo, listed as a quote-priced platform with a free trial and daily credits
Seamless.AI prices by quote, so the renewal terms decide the real cost per contact.

The homepage shows a free trial, not a price list, so expect a sales call before a number.

Seamless.AI's pricing page pitches a free trial and an upgrade to Seamless Pro. Two Pro quotes heard on Spona calls came to $6,879 and $8,388 a year. Both included 1,000 daily credits per user, and the one we saw invoiced carried a 9.1% uplift at renewal. It replaces Navigator for a high-volume team that wants lookup credits to feel unlimited.

Contract terms are the thing to read before you sign. Our Seamless.AI pricing post covers the renewal clauses and the real cost per contact.

7. Cognism: mobile data, five seats included

Cognism logo, listed as a quote-priced platform with mobile data and five seats included
Cognism fits a UK or EU team that calls mobiles and needs five seats from the start.
Cognism homepage at cognism.com, premium sales intelligence with a European data focus
Cognism positions itself on European coverage, which matters most to teams that sell there.

Cognism sells by quote, and Standard and Pro each include five seats. One credit reveals one contact. Pro adds what Cognism calls "higher-quality, accurate mobile data" and "on-demand verification". It replaces Navigator for a UK or EU team that calls mobiles and wants five seats from the start.

Three quotes heard on Spona calls ran $18,669 to $21,973 a year. Each covered 24,000 contacts. That is about $0.78 to $0.92 a contact, our calculation. The plan details sit in our Cognism pricing post, and Apollo vs Cognism sets it against Apollo.

8. ZoomInfo: contact data with buyer intent

ZoomInfo logo, listed as the enterprise platform with buyer intent among these alternatives
ZoomInfo is the enterprise pick for coverage and intent, priced by quote and export credit.
ZoomInfo homepage at zoominfo.com, the AI platform for go-to-market teams with a free trial
ZoomInfo sells its platform by quote, and buyer intent starts at the Copilot Advanced tier.

ZoomInfo Professional lists mobile numbers, business emails, a Chrome extension and a mobile app. Copilot Advanced adds buyer intent signals. Each profile export costs one credit, and every plan is a quote. In our view, it replaces Navigator for a team of fifty or more that needs coverage and intent in one contract.

Three quotes heard on Spona calls ran $17,349 to $19,414 a year. Each carried 12,000 export credits. That is $1.45 to $1.62 an export, our calculation. Our ZoomInfo pricing post has the tiers and the negotiation levers.

What each alternative costs per contact, with Spona's math

A Navigator seat is a fixed cost with no contact attached. Every tool above prices a unit instead: a credit, an export, a returned field or a seat with credits inside. The table puts each on one line.

One Sales Navigator Core seat against one month of Spona Pro credits spent on Targeted Search lookups
The price of one Core seat buys up to 807 Targeted Search emails on Spona Pro, with no InMail attached.

The graphic sets one Core seat against one month of Spona Pro spent on Targeted Search. Treat the Spona side as a ceiling and the seat as a different purchase. A team that needs both pays both, which is the bill most Navigator users end up with.

Watch what "phone" means on each price list. UpLead's credit includes a mobile direct dial, and Lusha charges five credits for any phone number.

Spona's own records show the mix behind the word. Of 24,000 phone numbers delivered with a contact, 42% were mobiles. Another 35% were direct dials, and one in five was a switchboard. Spona labels the line type from carrier and source data, which is not a check that the line answers.

Choosing a Sales Navigator alternative

Better than Sales Navigator, for a team that needs to reach people, is any tool here that sells the contact itself. Our criterion for the pick is the price of a contact you can export, and whether your team calls.

InMail and LinkedIn research are your channel. Keep Navigator and add a lookup extension. Lusha says its extension works on Sales Navigator pages. Kaspr and Spona work from the LinkedIn profile.

One rep who needs emails. Lusha Free covers 40 credits a month. Kaspr Starter adds fair-use emails for $49 to $65 a month. Spona's Targeted Search charges only when an email comes back, so a quiet month costs nothing beyond the plan.

A team that calls. UpLead's credit carries the mobile direct dial at $0.37 to $0.60. Kaspr Business gives 200 phone credits a month. Spona returns a mobile for 88 credits, and in its first four weeks 81.1% of lookups came back with one.

Database and sequences in one tool. Apollo. If email is the whole job, our email finder tools list goes wider than this one.

A larger team that needs intent and coverage. ZoomInfo or Cognism, both by quote, and the call quotes above give a rough budget. The wider field sits in our B2B data providers comparison.

FAQ: replacing Sales Navigator

Which alternatives have a free plan?

Lusha's Free plan gives up to 40 credits a month, and Apollo's free plan connects Gmail accounts only. Kaspr's free tier holds 15 email and 5 phone credits. Spona's Free plan carries 3,000 one-time credits. UpLead, Seamless.AI and ZoomInfo offer trials instead, and Cognism lists neither.

Can you keep Sales Navigator and add a tool?

Yes, and it is a low-risk way to start. Lusha states that its extension works on Sales Navigator pages, and Kaspr and Spona work from a LinkedIn profile. A Core seat billed yearly plus Kaspr Starter comes to about $139 to $155 a month, by our math. Cut the seat later if the InMail allowance goes unused.

Is Sales Navigator worth it?

For InMail-led social selling, yes, and Gartner reviewers give it 4.5 stars across 752 ratings. As a data source, no. No plan lists an email or phone number, so budget a second tool from the start. The tier-by-tier case is in our Sales Navigator pricing post.

How do these tools charge: per seat or per credit?

Navigator, Kaspr and Apollo charge per seat, with credits or a fair-use limit attached. Lusha, UpLead, Cognism and ZoomInfo sell credits, where one credit is one contact or export, though Lusha debits five for a phone. Spona's Targeted Search charges per returned field, 13 credits for an email and 88 for a mobile, and nothing for a miss.
