Seamless.AI Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits, Contract Terms and the Real Cost per Contact

Publish date: Oct 30, 2026
How much is Seamless.AI? Its own site publishes one price, a free plan with 50 credits, while Pro and Enterprise go through a quote form. Three quotes recorded on Spona's sales calls came to $10,800 to $26,400 a year for three to ten seats. That works out at $900 to $2,200 a month.
This guide starts with those quotes. Then come the plans and credits, the cost per contact, and the annual contract behind the monthly bill. It ends with five ways to lower a quote and where Spona's per-lead pricing fits.

Seamless.AI pricing: what the page shows and what goes to sales

Click Pricing on the Seamless.AI site and you land on a quote form. The headline reads "Perfect Pricing for Startups to the Fortune 500". No dollar figure appears.
The page description asks whether a team needs the Pro or Enterprise plan. It offers "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment".
A Basic plan exists, but its price sits inside the app. Both UpLead and Lindy report $147 a month, billed yearly. UpLead reads it as per user and says the price "appears in the app after sign-up". Seamless.AI's own pages do not publish it.
What teams pay at the end of that form is a different question. Spendhound puts average SMB spend at $8,300 a year. For enterprises of 1,000 or more employees it is $13,201. Both averages reflect what 160 customers actually pay, not published rates.
For other tools in the same category, the Seamless.AI alternatives post compares nine of them.
Seamless.AI cost for teams: three recorded quotes from Spona's sales calls
Seamless.AI came up on 6 of 52 sales calls that Spona recorded over a recent four-month period. Three of those calls put a figure on it. Two quotes were read out on the call; one came from a document the prospect showed. All three are quotes, not signed contracts, and three figures is a small sample.
| Company size, employees | Seats | Units a contract year | Annual price | Monthly equivalent | Per seat a month | Per unit | Discount in the quote | Renewal uplift |
| 11 to 50 | 3 | 15,000 | $10,800 | $900 | $300 | $0.72 | 5% | 3% |
| 51 to 200 | 5 | 30,000 | $18,000 | $1,500 | $300 | $0.60 | 10% | 5% |
| 201 to 500 | 10 | 60,000 | $26,400 | $2,200 | $220 | $0.44 | 15% | 7% |
"Units" are the email-reveal or export units for the contract year, as the quotes described them. The per-seat, per-unit and monthly figures are Spona's arithmetic. All three quotes were 12-month terms that renew automatically.
The discounts rose with company size, and so did the renewal uplifts. Spona's log records each as an annual team plan, with no tier named. Do not map them onto Basic, Pro or Enterprise. Spona has no recorded quote below three seats.
Seamless.AI pricing plans and credit allowances
Seamless.AI's help center lists four license types: Free, Basic, Pro and Universal Credit packages. The quote form's page also names Enterprise. The four licenses run on Universal Credits, and the credit article sets the allowances.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Refresh |
| Free | $0 | 50 Universal Credits, one user | Never: "credits do not replenish" |
| Basic | Not on Seamless.AI's site; UpLead and Lindy report $147 a month, billed yearly | 250 a month | Monthly, on the contract start date |
| Pro | Quote only | 10,000 a month; legacy accounts 1,000 a day | Monthly, on the contract date |
| Universal Credit package | Not published | A Bulk Purchase Pool shared by the whole organization | The pool does not replenish automatically |
| Enterprise | Quote only | Not published | Not published |
The Bulk Purchase Pool is a shared pot "added to your organization's shared credit pool at the start of the contract or purchase". Owners and admins can cap what each user draws per refresh period. According to the help center, more credits can be purchased when the pool runs out.
Is Seamless.AI free? The free plan and trial
Yes, with limits. The free license carries 50 Universal Credits for one user, and they never refresh. UpLead reports that it asks for no credit card.
Guides call it a free trial, but it has no end date. The 50 credits are the whole trial. They buy 50 contact lookups, because research costs 1 credit a contact. That is enough to test data quality on one target list, not to run a campaign.
Seamless.AI Pro pricing: a quote, not a list price
Pro has no list price. Lindy's read is that Pro and Enterprise "require a sales quote" because credit limits and team size move the price.
The allowance has changed, and several guides have not caught up. Cognism and UpLead still describe Pro as about 1,000 credits a day. Seamless.AI's help center now says Pro users "receive 10,000 Universal Credits per month", refreshed monthly on the contract date. The daily allowance of 1,000 credits is a legacy license for older accounts. It is "no longer available for new purchase".
Other guides read the same 10,000 as an annual package. Treat the order form as the only allowance that counts, and read the credit line before you sign. The quotes Spona recorded counted email-reveal or export units for the year, which is not the same line as a monthly credit allowance. Ask which one your order form caps.
How Seamless.AI pricing works in credits
Every plan meters the same way. One credit buys one researched contact, with titles, emails and phone numbers filled into the profile. The help center prices each action:
| Action | Credits |
| Researching a contact | 1 per contact |
| Data Enrich | 1 per contact or row |
| Autopilot research | 1 per contact |
| AI Assistant | 0.2 per interaction |
| AI Prompts and Campaigns | 0.2 per AI-generated message |
| API calls | Varies by task |
Old Premium Credits became Universal Credits one for one, usable on any premium feature except Buyer Intent.
Two things the credit article does not say: whether unused monthly credits roll over, and what happens when a search returns no data. Ask both on the order form.
Credit Back Protection is narrower than its name. The billing article defines it as credits "automatically returned for contact research results with an invalid primary email address". It names no other case, such as a wrong phone number or an outdated title.
On Basic, 250 credits a month is about 12 contacts a working day, by Spona's arithmetic.
Seamless.AI price per contact, plan by plan
Take the Basic price UpLead and Lindy report, $147 a month for 250 credits. That is $0.59 per contact researched, by Spona's arithmetic. A year of Basic buys 3,000 credits for $1,764.
By Spona's arithmetic, the team quotes above came to $0.44 to $0.72 a unit at full use. Only the ten-seat quote beat the reported Basic rate. A unit in a quote is not the same line as a monthly credit, so treat this as a rough comparison.
Full use is the catch. The three-seat quote buys 15,000 units a year. Use half of them and each used unit costs $1.44, not $0.72.

Data quality sets the real denominator, and the reviews on G2 say so. Seamless.AI scores 4.4 from 5,420 reviews. The five most-cited cons are all about data or price. "Inaccurate data" leads with 410 mentions and "Expensive" has 222.
A credit spent on an outdated contact is still spent. As the billing article defines it, Credit Back Protection returns credits only for an invalid primary email. The Lusha pricing and Apollo.io pricing posts run the same per-credit arithmetic for two other credit-based tools.
Seamless.AI cost per month: an annual contract with automatic renewal
Seamless.AI bills monthly if you ask, but the contract stays annual. The Terms of Use say: "All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles." Payment "is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle".
The renewal clause runs on a clock. To stop the next term, you must complete the subscription modification "no later than 60 days prior to the next annual contract renewal date". Miss it and "the annual contract will automatically renew for an additional 12 months".
Three more lines in the Terms matter for the bill. Seamless.AI "may change the Subscription Fees by providing you notice", and "the price change is effective immediately upon notice". Except where the Terms say otherwise, "all sales are final once you elect to purchase a subscription", and opt-in purchases are "non-refundable". Late payments can carry a fee of 2% of the amount due.

How to cancel Seamless.AI before it renews
An admin or owner submits the request from the Billing page. The help center wants it "at least 60 days prior to your subscription renewal date". Then you "meet with your Customer Success Representative to process the removal of your account's contracted automatic renewal". Only owners and approved admins can open the Billing page.
Renewals and cancellation are among the most discussed topics on Trustpilot, where Seamless.AI scores 1.2 out of 5. Of its 312 reviews, 83% give one star. One reviewer: "Declining another year of Seamless.AI shouldn't require an appointment." Another: "Only way to cancel is by scheduling a sales call with one of their associates."
Submit the form a week early and book the meeting the same day. The Terms count 60 days back from renewal, and the meeting is where the automatic renewal gets removed. The ZoomInfo pricing and Cognism pricing posts cover annual contracts and renewal uplifts at two other data vendors.
How much is Seamless.AI after discounts: five ways to pay less
- Ask for the size-band discount. The recorded quotes carried 5% to 15% off, and the larger the company, the larger the cut. The three-seat quote carried the smallest discount. Ask for the next band's rate and let the rep say no.
- Cap the renewal uplift in the order form. The quotes carried uplifts of 3% to 7% at renewal. On the ten-seat quote, 7% adds $1,848 in year two, by Spona's arithmetic. Ask for a fixed renewal price, or a cap, written into the order form.
- Bring your current vendor's invoice. The Switch and Save program gives "a one-time discount applied to your Seamless.AI order form". It may "offset part of your remaining contract value or match unused credits from your current data vendor". It needs your most recent order form or invoice, a one-year minimum with annual payment, and it covers the first contract year only. Monthly billing does not qualify, and the discount is non-refundable if you cancel early. The terms name no amount; discounts "may vary by deal size, vendor, and approval level".
- Buy only the units you will use. The cost per used unit doubles at half use. Ask for a shared Bulk Purchase Pool with per-user caps rather than a fixed allowance per seat, so no seat's credits sit idle. And ask, in writing, what happens to unused credits at the refresh date.
- Put the notice date in the calendar. Sixty days before renewal is day 305 of a 12-month term. Spendhound says buyers above its averages can push for "discounts and favorable contract terms". That bargaining power fades once the notice date passes.
Seamless.AI pricing vs Spona: annual contract or per-lead price

Spona charges per lead, not per seat. You describe your ideal customer in a chat. The AI mines 40+ sources, verifies every lead and delivers a scored list in about 4 minutes. Every search starts with a free sample, and the price per lead shows at checkout.
Each new search session costs a one-time 1,000 credits. That is $8 to $10, depending on the plan. After that you pay per lead.
| Spona plan | A month | Billed yearly, a month | Credits |
| Free | $0 | $0 | 3,000, one-time |
| Pro | $99 | $75 | 10,500 a month |
| Premium | $499 | $375 | 55,000 a month |
| Expert | $999 | $750 | 115,000 a month |
| Enterprise | From $20,000 a year | Custom |
| 1,000 Spona leads | Credits, including the 1,000-credit session | Cost |
| Standard Search, email only | 4,000 to 8,000 | $32 to $80 |
| Standard Search, email and mobile | 36,000 to 56,000 | $288 to $560 |
| Deep Search | 61,000 to 201,000 | $488 to $2,010 |
The like-for-like row is Standard Search with a mobile number, because a Seamless.AI credit fills a contact's emails and phone numbers. A thousand of those leads cost $288 to $560, session included, by Spona's arithmetic. On the recorded Seamless.AI quotes, a thousand units cost $440 to $720 at full use, by the same arithmetic. At half use it doubles, and since a unit is not a lead, read this as a rough guide.
Two Spona rules cut the other way. Unused credits, add-ons included, expire at the start of each billing period, and yearly plans reset monthly. Subscription fees are refundable for 14 days, as long as no credits were spent.
One Spona customer put the comparison in one line. A US head of sales, at a company of 11 to 50 employees, chose Spona over Seamless.AI. The reason on file: fewer manual checks on a defined ideal customer profile. In their words, "The useful measure is how many records the rep can use immediately."
It is one won deal among 12 opportunities Spona reviewed.
Where Seamless.AI is stronger: a seat comes with a monthly allowance for research inside its own app. Its quote form also offers special pricing on buyer intent, job changes and enrichment. Spona's only native CRM integration is HubSpot; other CRMs take a CSV export, or the API on the Expert plan.
Spona's Targeted Search extension looks up single contacts, and a mobile number there costs 88 credits. That is $0.70 to $0.88, close to or above the top of the Seamless.AI per-unit range. Spona also charges the 1,000-credit session on every new search, so it suits defined lists better than scattered one-off lookups.
Where Spona fits: a defined ideal customer profile, a niche or local segment, and a team that pays for leads rather than seats. New leads that match a finished search arrive weekly at the same price per lead. The lead generation pricing post explains per-lead, per-seat and per-credit billing side by side.

Seamless.AI pricing FAQ
Is Seamless.AI free?
Yes, for 50 credits. The free license covers one user, needs no credit card, and its credits never refresh. One credit researches one contact, so the free plan is a 50-contact test. The first paid plan is Basic, whose price appears only inside the app.
How much does Seamless.AI cost per month?
Seamless.AI publishes no monthly price. UpLead and Lindy report Basic at $147 a month, billed yearly. The three team quotes Spona recorded worked out at $900 to $2,200 a month, for three to ten seats on annual terms. Monthly billing exists, but the Terms make every subscription annual.
How do I cancel my Seamless.AI subscription?
An owner or admin submits the subscription modification form from the Billing page at least 60 days before the renewal date. Then you meet your Customer Success Representative, who processes the removal of the automatic renewal. Miss the 60 days and the contract renews for another 12 months. The Terms also say all sales are final, except where they provide otherwise.
Is Seamless.AI worth it?
It depends on use: by Spona's arithmetic, the ten-seat quote it recorded came to $0.44 a unit, below the reported Basic rate. The three-seat quote came to $0.72 a unit, and $1.44 if half the units go unused. G2 reviewers rate the product 4.4 but cite inaccurate data more than any other con. Run the free credits against your own target list before you sign an annual term.
What is Seamless.AI Credit Back Protection?
A refund of credits, not money, for contact research that returned an invalid primary email address. The credits return automatically, and the Billing page lists them. The billing article names no other case, such as a wrong phone number or a contact who has left.
