LinkedIn Sales Navigator Cost 2026: Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus Pricing, and What It Lacks

Publish date: Oct 22, 2026
LinkedIn's compare-plans page lists Sales Navigator Core at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license, while several third-party guides, and Spona's own LinkedIn Premium post, still quote $99.99. Two LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost figures are in circulation, $20 a month apart per seat. This guide takes Sales Navigator pricing from LinkedIn's live page and its help center, then prices a seat against a Spona per-lead list for the same month. Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's paid prospecting tool, sold per license; no plan in LinkedIn's comparison table lists email addresses.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost in 2026: the prices LinkedIn's page shows today
The table is what LinkedIn's US compare-plans page shows; its FAQ states both prices "per month/license" and calls the annual discount "a 25% savings" on Core and "a 6% savings" on Advanced.
| Plan | Monthly, per license | Annual, per license | Annual as a monthly figure | How to buy |
| Core | US$119.99 | US$1,079.88 | US$89.99 | Online, free trial button |
| Advanced | US$159.99 | US$1,799.88 | US$149.99 | Online (up to five licenses) or LinkedIn's sales team |
| Advanced Plus | Quote only | Quote only | Quote only | LinkedIn's sales team |
Monthly equivalents of the annual price are our arithmetic.

Two notes. First, LinkedIn shows different prices by region, currency and device: the page calls its figures "estimates" that "may exclude Value-Added Tax (VAT), Goods & Services Tax (GST), and/or promotional discounts" and warns that "Slight variations may occur across device types"; actual prices and other currencies sit behind the trial button. Second, a lower pair is still everywhere: Core at $99.99 a month or $959.88 a year. Spona's own LinkedIn Premium cost guide and Evaboot print it, and JoinValley writes "Core rose from $99.99 to $119.99 monthly" and "Advanced dropped from $179.99 to $159.99", with no date for the change. We found no LinkedIn notice of it, so the live page is the reference.
Sales Navigator Core pricing: $119.99 a month or $1,079.88 a year per license
Core, "best for individual sellers who want to find high-quality leads and build client relationships" in LinkedIn's words, costs US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year (US$89.99 a month on the annual plan); the UK price is £94.99 or £959.88 and the euro price €120.99 or €1,088.88.
A Core license includes, per LinkedIn's comparison table:
- Advanced search with 50+ filters, plus Account IQ and Lead IQ
- 50 InMail credits a month
- Relationship Explorer, Relationship Map, Alerts and Message Assist
Team seat management, Buyer Intent, TeamLink, Smart Links, team reporting, CSV upload and CRM integrations sit on Advanced or Advanced Plus.
Per message, a Core annual seat works out at $1.80 per InMail credit, Core monthly at $2.40 and Advanced annual at $3.00, before credits returned for replies (our arithmetic). The monthly plan is the test budget; the annual plan saves $360 a seat once the test works.
Sales Navigator Advanced pricing: $159.99 a month, and up to five licenses online
Advanced costs US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year per license, a 6% annual saving by LinkedIn's count (£130.00 or £1,499.88; €148.21 or €1,693.88). For $40 a month more than Core on monthly billing, or $60 a month more annually, it adds team seat management and centralized billing, Buyer Intent, TeamLink (which colleague already knows the prospect), Smart Links, team reporting, CSV upload, and a dedicated account team "If purchased through a sales representative".
The purchase route has a limit: LinkedIn's FAQ says you can "start a trial or purchase up to five LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced plan licenses online from your desktop, or buy a single license through the LinkedIn mobile app on iOS or Android"; larger teams buy through LinkedIn's sales team. The product page describes Advanced for teams of "2+" and Advanced Plus for "10+", a description of who buys each plan, not a stated minimum. Skrapp calls the annual discount 20%; LinkedIn's own prices give 6%.
Sales Navigator Advanced Plus pricing: quote only, and what the quotes reportedly look like
LinkedIn publishes no Advanced Plus price. Its page says "Sales Navigator Advanced Plus pricing is customized based on your sales team's size, CRM integration, and onboarding/training needs", and the plan has a contact-sales form instead of a trial button. Some guides still call it Enterprise: Evaboot labels it "Sales Navigator Advanced Plus (Enterprise)", so "Sales Navigator enterprise cost" searches lead to the same form.
Over Advanced it adds CRM integrations ("Integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, and more"), lead and contact creation in the CRM, custom ROI reporting, Sales Navigator for Microsoft Teams and CRM Embedded Profiles; the Premium versus Sales Navigator page marks all but the ROI reporting "Available only on Advanced Plus plan".
What buyers pay is reported, not published: Findymail says "around $1,600/seat/year" and Factors "typically $1,600+/seat/yr" for teams of ten or more, both third-party estimates with no LinkedIn source. Ask the representative for the per-license rate, minimum term, renewal uplift and onboarding fee, with the quote date on the document.
What the Sales Navigator cost buys each month: 50 InMails, 10,000 saved leads, no email addresses
Per LinkedIn's help pages, one license buys:
InMail: "you're allocated 50 InMail credits per month" on every plan, and "At this time, you can't purchase additional InMail credits. All Sales Navigator subscription types provide the same number of credits." Unused credits roll over to a cap of 150, and a credit comes back "for every InMail message that receives a response within 90 days". With a fixed allowance the message matters more than the seat; Spona's LinkedIn cold message templates are written for that ceiling.
Saved leads: "You can save up to 1,000 leads in each list and 10,000 total leads".
Contact data: LinkedIn's comparison table has no row for email addresses, phone numbers or lead export on any plan; InMail is the contact channel. Supered notes that no plan "includes email addresses, phone numbers, or a CSV export", and ZoomInfo that it "does not deliver verified email addresses or direct-dial phone numbers". So the real monthly cost of a Navigator workflow is usually the seat plus a data tool, which Salesmotion puts at "$30 to $100+ per user per month".
Sales Navigator team pricing: 1, 3, 5 and 10 seats on monthly and annual billing
LinkedIn Sales Navigator team pricing is a multiplication, not a volume discount, for anything bought online; the only published saving is the annual plan. The LinkedIn Sales Navigator monthly cost and annual cost by team size, from the US prices, before tax:
| Seats | Core, 12 monthly payments | Core, annual plan | Advanced, 12 monthly payments | Advanced, annual plan |
| 1 | $1,439.88 | $1,079.88 | $1,919.88 | $1,799.88 |
| 3 | $4,319.64 | $3,239.64 | $5,759.64 | $5,399.64 |
| 5 | $7,199.40 | $5,399.40 | $9,599.40 | $8,999.40 |
| 10 | $14,398.80 | $10,798.80 | $19,198.80 | $17,998.80 |

Annual billing saves $360 a seat on Core and $120 on Advanced; above five Advanced seats LinkedIn routes you to sales; 10 seats is list price, not a quote. Taxes come on top: LinkedIn charges US sales tax "when applicable" by billing address, and the listed prices exclude VAT and GST.
Sales Navigator cancellation, refunds and the price lock you lose
The compare page states the terms: "For annual plans, cancellation applies at the end of the paid year. For monthly plans, cancellation applies at the end of the current month."
Refunds are narrow but exist. LinkedIn's refund policy: a subscription "may be refundable within 7 days from the date the subscription is charged without Premium usage." For personal, non-business buyers, "Citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins", counted from day one of a free trial, and Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands give one month's notice and a pro-rata refund, in Germany "excluding the first year of an annual subscription". iOS purchases are refunded by Apple.
Cancelling deletes your work. The considerations before you cancel page says saved leads, saved accounts and messages are "removed as soon as you cancel", and adds: "If prices have changed since you last subscribed, your current pricing will be lost when you cancel." A seller on an older Core rate who cancels for a quiet quarter comes back at $119.99.
Core is self-serve to cancel; for Advanced, "Only a purchaser admin can cancel a Sales Navigator Advanced online subscription". The free trial needs a card and is open to members on no paid LinkedIn subscription who "have not used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days"; LinkedIn does not state its length and says "Trial availability and features may vary by plan and region". Third-party guides report one month.
Sales Navigator cost vs Spona: a seat or a per-lead list for the same month
Spona sells leads, not seats: describe your ideal customer in a chat, the AI mines 40+ sources, verifies every lead and delivers a scored list, and you pay per lead. The same month, priced both ways:
| For one month | Sales Navigator Core, one license | Spona, 250 qualified leads | Spona, 250 bulk leads |
| Price | $89.99 on the annual plan, $119.99 monthly | $80 to $1,000 at $0.32 to $4 a lead | $2.50 to $22.50 at $0.01 to $0.09 a lead |
| First-month extra | None | 1,000 setup credits per new ideal customer profile, $8 to $10 | The same $8 to $10 setup |
| What you receive | 50 InMail credits, 50+ search filters, up to 10,000 saved leads | 250 scored records with verified work emails | 250 records at lower qualification depth |
| Email addresses | Not listed on any plan | Verified before delivery | Verified before delivery |
The lead volume in the table is an assumption. The price depends on the targeting and the work needed to qualify each lead, and you can see a sample and the cost before committing.

The objection behind the comparison comes up in Spona sales conversations, here from an SDR lead at a company of 20 to 50 staff: "I can find the right person, but I still need a usable work email for our outreach workflow." Spona's answer is a test: compare the same 100 target accounts, deduplicate against the existing CRM, and measure incremental verified contacts, preparation time and cost per usable record. Spona data behind that test: 65% of its 280 million contacts carry a verified email and 35% a business phone (the two can overlap, and a phone is not a verified direct dial); of 40,000 US, UK, German and French addresses checked, 77.75% passed, with 1.525% hard bounces on 20,000 sends from the verified subset. Spona has not measured a fill rate on Navigator-sourced names.
Where Spona does not fit: it does not message anyone on LinkedIn, so InMail, TeamLink, Buyer Intent and the CRM-embedded profiles of Advanced Plus have no Spona equivalent; a seller whose buyers reply only on LinkedIn needs the seat. Spona's compliance line for any workflow that pairs the two: "Use LinkedIn information only through authorized means consistent with applicable law and LinkedIn's terms, without unauthorized scraping, automated extraction or bypassing access restrictions." Where Spona fits is the other half of the SDR's sentence: the verified email, the phone where one exists and a score that says why the record matched, priced per record.
Sales Navigator alternatives when the cost is the problem
If the seat price is the problem, LinkedIn's cheaper tiers come first: Premium Business from $69.99 a month with 15 InMails and Premium All-in-One from $89.99 with 30, against Navigator's 50, without the 50+ filters. If the missing email address is the problem, the answer is a data layer priced per user (Salesmotion's "$30 to $100+ per user per month") or per lead, where Spona sits. Spona's best B2B prospecting software roundup compares the main options; price a Navigator seat plus the data tool as one monthly number, then compare it with a per-lead list for the same accounts.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing FAQ
How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?
On LinkedIn's US page: Core US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per license, Advanced US$159.99 or US$1,799.88, Advanced Plus by quote. Older guides quote Core at $99.99 or $959.88; the live page is the reference.
Is Sales Navigator worth the cost?
LinkedIn's compare page says "Forrester found Sales Navigator pays for itself in six months", and its worth-it page cites a 312% ROI over three years. Caveats: the study was commissioned in 2023, its participants were Advanced Plus users, and the composite organization had $250 million in revenue and spent about $1.5 million over three years. For one Core seat, count meetings from 50 InMails against $89.99 to $119.99 a month.
Do I need both LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?
No. Navigator is a separate subscription with the prospecting features Premium lacks; Premium Business gives 15 InMails, All-in-One 30, Navigator 50. Spona's LinkedIn Premium cost guide covers the Premium tiers.
Can I get Sales Navigator for free?
Core and Advanced have a free trial, card on file, for members on no paid LinkedIn subscription who have not used one in the past 365 days. LinkedIn does not print its length; third-party guides report one month. Advanced Plus has no trial, and there is no free plan.
Does Sales Navigator pricing differ by country?
Yes. Besides the UK and euro prices above, LinkedIn's compare page lists Core at A$154.99 or A$1,499.88 a year and C$144.99 or C$1,199.88, and Advanced at A$189.99 or A$2,159.88 and C$179.99 or C$2,039.88. India and other markets see their price at checkout.
What happens to my saved leads when I cancel Sales Navigator?
They go. LinkedIn's help page says saved leads, saved accounts and messages are "removed as soon as you cancel", and an older price is lost too. Move what you need into your CRM before the paid period ends.
What is Sales Navigator for Salesforce pricing?
LinkedIn lists Salesforce under the Advanced Plus CRM integrations, so the price sits inside that quote. Marketplace listings show per-user prices we could not verify against LinkedIn's page.
