Leadfeeder Alternatives and RB2B Alternatives in 2026: 10 Website Visitor Identification Tools Compared

Publish date: Oct 23, 2026
Leadfeeder's entry paid plan, Discover, costs €79 a month on annual billing for up to 50 identified companies, and RB2B Starter costs $79 a month for 300 identified visitors. The prices match; the products do not. Leadfeeder names the companies behind your traffic, and RB2B names individual visitors, in the US only. Leadfeeder is also the current brand: Dealfront renamed itself Leadfeeder on March 24, 2026, calling it "a brand change, not a contract change".
This guide prices both, then lists 10 Leadfeeder alternatives and RB2B alternatives for website visitor identification: six that name companies and four that name people, each checked on the vendor's own page. If you need one Leadfeeder alternative for mostly European traffic, start with the company-level list.

Leadfeeder pricing and RB2B pricing in 2026
Leadfeeder bills by identified company: "a unique company from a specific location that has visited the website/s you track within your Web Visitors account during the month", so a firm with several offices can count more than once. Identification uses no credits; credits pay for contact enrichment, CRM pushes and Campaigns. Every plan includes unlimited users, and annual billing saves 30%. Prices below are in euros; a US render of the page showed the plan cards in dollars with the same figures ($79, $369, $599).
| Leadfeeder plan | Annual billing, per month | Monthly billing | What the page says |
| Lite | €0 | €0 | Last 100 companies a month, 7 days of visitor history, no card |
| Discover | €79 (up to 50 companies) to €309 (501 to 1,000) | €113 to €441 | Identify companies and sync them to your CRM; 14-day free trial |
| Activate | from €369 | from €527 | Turn identified companies into qualified contact leads |
| Scale | from €599 | No monthly option (annual or quarterly) | Turn identified companies into named contacts; a dedicated CSM |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom credit volume |
By default Leadfeeder identifies "the company behind a visit, not the individual"; a visitor's own contact details appear only if they identify themselves, for example through a form. Paid plans can "Reveal verified work emails, job titles, and direct dials using credits", and "Campaigns and CRM automations require Activate or above". Its "up to 45%" identification rate is Leadfeeder's own claim.
RB2B, a Retention.com company, sends the LinkedIn profiles of identified US visitors to Slack or Teams and bills by resolution: "one identified website visitor that RB2B delivers to you". It matches visitors against "a fully-permissioned publisher network" using cookies, device IDs and IP addresses, plus Demandbase's reverse-IP lookup for company-level ID. "Company-Level ID is global on every plan. Contact-level (person) ID is US only."
| RB2B plan | Price | Resolutions a month | What you get | Overage per resolution |
| Free | $0 | 150 | Company-level ID only, no emails or integrations | n/a |
| Starter | $79 a month | 300 | Person-level ID, LinkedIn URLs to Slack or Teams | 45¢ |
| Pro | from $149 a month | from 600, up to 2,500 | Adds business emails and all integrations | 25¢ |
| Pro+ | from $199 a month | up to 2,500,000; above 12,500 priced with RB2B's team | Premium Resolution, Identity Graph Waterfall | 25¢ |
At full use, Discover works out to €1.58 per identified company (€2.26 on monthly billing), Starter to about $0.26 per resolution and Pro to about $0.25 (our arithmetic). The units differ: a Leadfeeder company is one firm location per month, an RB2B resolution is one identified visitor (a person on the paid plans). RB2B's coverage claims also differ by page: 15 to 20% rising to 35 to 45% with Pro+ on the pricing page, and 70 to 80% of traffic with both ID levels combined in the FAQ.

6 Leadfeeder alternatives for company-level identification
These B2B website visitor identification tools do Leadfeeder's core job: turning business traffic into company names, mostly without naming the person. RB2B's free plan, with 150 company-level resolutions a month, is the obvious seventh. Prices come from each vendor's page, because lists drift: Leadfeeder's own list gives Snitcher's $49 plan up to 100 companies, while Snitcher's page says 0 to 50. HubSpot Breeze Intelligence (Clearbit) and ZoomInfo WebSights are left out: their product pages returned 404 errors.
| Tool | Identifies | Entry price as published | Free option |
| Snitcher | Companies; contacts only when you reveal them | $49 a month for 0 to 50 company IDs (billing basis not confirmed) | 14-day trial, no card |
| Leadinfo | Companies plus decision makers' contact details | €69 a month for 0 to 50 companies (billing basis not confirmed) | Free trial |
| Albacross | Companies | Starter €59 a month billed yearly, 0 to 50 companies | Free trial |
| Lead Forensics | Companies | Not published: based on traffic and leads uncovered | Trial after a demo |
| Salespanel | Companies plus known-lead journeys | $99 a month billed annually, 2,000 visitors included | 14-day trial, no card |
| Factors.ai | Companies plus analytics and attribution | $199 a month after the trial; Basic $6K, Growth $20K | Free trial; free plan keeps data 1 month |
1. Snitcher

Snitcher names companies by IP and lists "Contact-level identification" among its features, showing individual contact details "only when you choose to reveal them". Its grid runs from $49 a month for 0 to 50 company IDs to $529 for 4,001 to 5,000, custom above that; the page also has an "Annual ~ 30% off" toggle, and we could not confirm which billing the grid shows. Plans include unlimited team members and a 14-day trial with no card, and Snitcher cites legitimate interest under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f). Choose it over Leadfeeder for small company bands priced in dollars. Limit: confirm the billing basis before you sign.
2. Leadinfo

Leadinfo names companies and adds decision makers' "Linkedin Profiles, Phone numbers and Email addresses". Its Starter plan is listed at €69 a month for 0 to 50 companies and €99 for 51 to 100, and Scale runs from €159 to €539 a month up to 5,000 companies; the page has annual and monthly toggles, and we could not confirm which billing the grid shows. Former Visitor Queue users land here, because visitorqueue.com now redirects to Leadinfo. Leadinfo calls the IP address "private data" under the GDPR and relies on "own legitimate interest", Article 6(1)(f). Choose it for company ID and contacts in one tool priced in euros. Limit: get your band and billing basis confirmed in writing.
3. Albacross

Albacross names the companies visiting your site and, in its homepage's words, captures "their buying intent". Starter costs "€59 Per month Billed yearly" for "0-50 Identified companies / Month", €20 a month below Leadfeeder Discover's annual price for the same 50 companies. Professional costs €149 a month billed yearly for 0 to 250 companies, and Organisation, from 501 companies a month, is priced on request. The homepage offers 14 days free with no card. Choose it for a like-for-like Discover swap at a lower entry price. Limit: above 500 companies a month you need a quote.
4. Lead Forensics

Lead Forensics names companies and does not publish prices: "Our pricing is based on how much traffic your site gets, and how many new leads we uncover". A free trial follows a demo. If you are weighing Leadfeeder vs Lead Forensics, that is the first difference: one publishes plans from €0, the other quotes. Choose it if you prefer a sales-led setup with a guided trial. Limit: you cannot compare its cost with Discover's €79 until you hold a quote.
5. Salespanel

Salespanel's Account Reveal names companies by reverse IP, and the platform also tracks known leads with first-party data. It starts "at $99 USD per month, billed annually", with "2,000 visitors/mo included and then $40/month per 1,000 visitors"; a custom plan starts at $499 a month billed annually. The trial lasts 14 days with no card, and "Upto 60% traffic deanonymized" is Salespanel's own figure. A site with 10,000 visitors a month would pay about $419 a month ($99 plus eight blocks of $40, our arithmetic). Choose it when known-lead journeys matter as much as new companies. Limit: cost follows traffic, not results.
6. Factors.ai

Factors.ai pairs account identification with analytics, attribution and LinkedIn Ads. Its pricing page offers a free trial, then "$199/mo after trial", and plans listed as Basic "$6K", Growth "$20K" and Enterprise "$30K Onwards", noting "We typically bill on annual contracts". The free plan keeps data for one month. Monthly company caps of up to 1,500, 3,000 and 8,000 appear on the page, but its text does not tie each cap to a plan. Choose it when marketing owns visitor ID and wants attribution in the same tool. Limit: get your company cap in writing.
4 RB2B alternatives for person-level identification
Person-level website visitor identification software names individual visitors, as RB2B does; in the other direction, Leadfeeder is the obvious alternative when companies are enough. Person-level ID is sold mainly for US traffic, so read the region section below before you switch.
| Tool | Identifies | Entry price as published | Free option |
| Warmly | People and companies | AI Web-Deanonymization from $10,000 a year | None listed |
| Happierleads | People with contact data | $99 a month for 500 leads | 7-day trial, no card |
| Instantly Website Visitors | People with a business email or LinkedIn profile; companies free | Credits; no per-visitor price published | 25 free credits |
| Vector | Contact-level signals and audiences | $36,000 a year preset | None listed |
7. Warmly

Warmly sells "AI Web-Deanonymization: See who's on your site" from "$10,000 / year" with "10K credits / mo", covering "Website visits (person + company)". Its homepage says its AI "de-anonymizes website visitors at the person level". Warmly also sells Inbound Chat ($20,000) and AI Inbound Autopilot ($30,000), and buyers can "Pay quarterly to try, switch to annual to save". Choose it when visitor ID starts an inbound program with chat and automated follow-up. Limit: no free plan or trial is listed, and the entry price is more than ten times a year of RB2B Starter ($948, our arithmetic).
8. Happierleads

Happierleads lists person-level ID as included and defines a lead as "one identified website visitor, with contact data". It "Starts at $99/mo" for 500 leads a month, about $0.20 a lead (our arithmetic), going "Down to $0.04/lead" at volume; LinkedIn verification adds $0.02 a lead and an email waterfall $0.03. The trial lasts 7 days with no card. Its claims of coverage in "174+ countries, not just the US" and of being "GDPR & CCPA compliant" are its own. Choose it for person-level ID with contact data from $99 a month. Limit: for EU visitors, the legal points below still apply.
9. Instantly Website Visitors

Instantly, the sales engagement platform, resolves visitors to a business email or LinkedIn profile: "You only get credited when we find a business email and/or a LinkedIn profile", and "company-only resolutions are free". Credits are sold on Instantly's pricing page, but its readable text does not say how many credits one resolved visitor uses, so there is no per-visitor price to compare. New accounts get 25 free credits with no card. Choose it when your team already works in Instantly. Limit: measure the cost per visitor on the free credits first.
10. Vector

Vector is an ABM platform that blends contact-level signals, scores accounts and puts ads in front of buying committees; its own guide frames the choice as "Account-level vs. contact-level". Contracts are "priced from your actual usage", with presets at "$36,000 /year" for "a few hundred target accounts", "$60,000 /year" and "$96,000 /year". No free plan is listed. Choose it if you already score accounts on buyer intent data and want ads and sales working from the same signals. Limit: it is priced for ABM programs, not for a site that wants an alert per visitor.
Company-level or person-level website visitor identification: what works for US and EU traffic
Where your visitors sit decides which list fits. In the EU, an IP address can be personal data: GDPR Recital 30 names IP addresses and cookie identifiers as online identifiers whose traces, combined with other information, "may be used to create profiles of the natural persons and identify them". On October 19, 2016, in Breyer, C-582/14, the EU Court of Justice held that a dynamic IP address a website operator records is personal data for that operator when it has legal means to identify the person with the internet provider's data. The EDPB's Guidelines 2/2023 (version 2.0, adopted October 7, 2024) add that accessing an IP address that comes from a user's device falls under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, which "does not systematically mean that consent needs to be collected".
So company-level vendors rely on legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), as Leadinfo, Snitcher and Leadfeeder's GDPR page state. RB2B tells users of its global, Demandbase-powered company ID that they "MUST use a Consent Management Solution", and says its person-level ID "is a US technology that fires on US soil, resolving US data subjects".
In the US, California's CCPA gives residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, including via the Global Privacy Control. It covers for-profit businesses doing business in California with over $25 million in gross annual revenue, or that buy, sell or share the data of 100,000 or more California residents or households, or earn 50% or more of their revenue from selling it. RB2B recommends privacy-policy disclosure plus an opt-out link.

The working rule: company-level tools for EU and UK traffic, with a consent check, and person-level ID as a US product. This is not legal advice; check with counsel, and see the privacy section of our guide to identifying website visitors.
Free Leadfeeder alternatives: free plans and trials compared
Among the free website visitor identification tools here, three have a free plan, Instantly gives credits, and most of the rest offer trials.
| Tool | Free plan | Trial |
| Leadfeeder Lite | €0: last 100 companies a month, 7 days of history | Discover: 14 days |
| RB2B Free | $0: 150 company-level resolutions a month | 7 days with all features, no card |
| Factors.ai | Free plan, data kept 1 month | Free trial, then $199 a month |
| Instantly | 25 free credits; company-only resolutions free | Not listed |
| Snitcher, Salespanel | Not listed | 14 days, no card |
| Happierleads | Not listed | 7 days, no card |
| Leadinfo, Albacross | Not listed | Free trial |
| Lead Forensics | Not listed | After a demo |
| Warmly, Vector | Not listed | Not listed |
RB2B's 7-day trial tests person-level ID on US traffic at no cost; afterwards its free plan stays company-level. Leadfeeder Lite's 100 companies and 7 days of history show whether your traffic holds target accounts before you pay for Discover.
Leadfeeder vs Spona: Spona does not identify visitors; it finds verified contacts
Spona does not identify website visitors. Leadfeeder, or any tool above, tells you which companies came to your site; Spona finds and verifies decision makers at companies you already know about, including the ones a visitor tool found. You describe your ideal customer in a chat; the AI mines 40+ sources, verifies every lead and delivers a scored list in about 4 minutes, and you pay per lead.
Spona's own records show that Spona has no confirmed integration with Leadfeeder, RB2B or Clearbit Reveal, and no confirmed native CRM connector or browser extension. The confirmed workflow: take the company output your visitor tool authorizes you to use, enrich companies and contacts in Spona, then deliver to your CRM through an available API or CSV. Spona publishes no contact fill rate for visitor-identified companies, so test a sample. Any tool that delivers LinkedIn profiles without emails, as RB2B Starter does, leaves a gap one buyer described to Spona. The buyer, an SDR lead, was talking about LinkedIn Sales Navigator, not RB2B: "I can find the right person, but I still need a usable work email for our outreach workflow."
At Spona's $0.008 to $0.30 per enriched record, one record for each of Discover's up to 50 companies costs $0.40 to $15 a month, plus 1,000 setup credits ($8 to $10) once for your first ideal customer profile (our arithmetic). Qualified leads cost $0.32 to $4 each in Spona's confirmed price ranges, and Spona's pricing page lists a free plan with free leads. For other contact sources, see our B2B data providers comparison.
Leadfeeder is stronger at the first step: it identifies companies, enriches contacts with its own credits and, from Activate up, runs Campaigns and CRM automations. Spona is stronger on contacts for any company list, priced per lead, with a free plan to test it. Before you email anyone found this way: "Buying a B2B list does not grant permission to email it; establish a lawful basis for personal data processing, meet transparency and objection duties, and follow the recipient country's electronic marketing rules, including prior consent where required."

Leadfeeder alternatives FAQ
Is Dealfront now Leadfeeder?
Yes. On March 24, 2026, Dealfront renamed itself Leadfeeder, dealfront.com began redirecting to leadfeeder.com, and the visitor product became Web Visitors. Leadfeeder says: "Your subscription, pricing, features, data, and access will remain the same."
Does RB2B name visitors outside the US?
Not at the person level. RB2B's person-level database "only contains profiles matched to US home addresses", and IP ringfencing means only US traffic is resolved. Company-level ID works worldwide on every plan, and RB2B requires a consent management solution for that layer.
How does RB2B count a resolved visitor, and what does overage cost?
Each identified visitor RB2B delivers is one resolution. Free includes 150 a month, Starter 300 and Pro from 600. Extra resolutions cost 45¢ each on Starter and 25¢ on Pro and Pro+, which can also add domains at $99 a month, up to five.
What counts as an identified company in Leadfeeder?
A unique company, from a specific location, that visited your tracked sites during the month. A firm with several offices can count more than once, Leadfeeder filters out "ISPs and low-quality traffic", and identifying companies uses no credits.
Can any Leadfeeder alternative name individual visitors from the EU?
RB2B cannot: its person-level ID is US only. Happierleads claims "174+ countries", but EU law can treat an IP address as personal data, so for EU traffic the safer default is company-level ID under legitimate interest, with a consent check. Ask counsel before going further.
