Lemlist Pricing 2026: Plans, Seats, Add-Ons and What Teams Really Pay

Lemlist pricing: Email plan, Multichannel seats, credits and add-ons, and what teams really pay
AUTHOR:
REVIEWER:

Publish date: Oct 22, 2026

lemlist's Email plan costs $69 a month, or $55 a month on annual billing, for unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month, according to the lemlist pricing page. Multichannel costs $109 per user a month ($87 annual) and Enterprise is quoted with a five-seat minimum. The lemlist cost that surprises teams sits in the credits and add-ons, and in the fact that lemlist changed its pricing model on June 30, 2026, so most lemlist pricing guides still quote per-user Email prices no new customer pays.

lemlist pricing plans at a glance: every price on the live page

lemlist sells three engagement plans and two data add-ons, billed monthly, quarterly ("Save 10%") or yearly ("Save 20%"). Email is priced by monthly email volume for the whole workspace, Multichannel per user, Enterprise by quote.

Buying intent signals add-on$29$23$21100 signals a month; larger packs below
lemlist pricing plans: Email $69 or $55 flat, Multichannel $109 or $87 per user, Enterprise quoted, add-ons

Three details matter more than the headline prices. The Email plan is flat for the team: "your cost scales with how many emails your team sends per month, not per seat," says the help center, so ten people on Email pay $55 to $69 in total, and the 50,000 emails are a team-wide monthly cap. Multichannel is per user ("Pricing is based on the number of users"). And the two plans do not switch on the same team, so the choice is a setup decision, not a toggle.

What changed in lemlist pricing in 2026 (why most lemlist cost guides are out of date)

If a lemlist pricing guide quotes $39, $63, $69 or $79 "per user per month" for the Email plan, it describes a list that no longer applies to new customers; four of the eight pages ranking for "lemlist pricing" still do. The sequence, from dated third-party captures (lemlist publishes no price history):

  • Until early 2026: Email Starter $39, Email Pro $69 and Multichannel Expert $99, all per user, the list that Puzzle Inbox's guide still shows.
  • Q1 2026: Email Pro moved to $79 per user a month ($63 annual) with 1,000 credits per user, and Multichannel Expert to $109 ($87 annual), per Landbase's breakdown.
  • May 2026: lemlist replaced per-user Email Pro with a flat team plan at $39 a month for 5,000 emails, captured by UsagePricing.
  • June 30, 2026: the flat Email plan became $69 a month for 50,000 emails ($55 yearly, $62 quarterly), with Multichannel "unchanged at $109/user/mo" in the same capture. That is the list live today.

How much do leads cost in lemlist: credits, add-ons and the price of each action

lemlist's data features run on credits. The pricing page states the rate: "$1 in credits covers 20 emails or 5 phone numbers," so one credit is worth $0.01 at the base pack, a found email costs 5 credits and a found phone number 20. Most lookups are charged only when they return a result, but a phone number is billed when found even if it turns out wrong.

ActionCreditsCost at $0.01 a credit
Find and verify an email5$0.05
Verify an email you already have1$0.01

Find a phone number20$0.20

SMS6 per message$0.06
AI variable (personalized line)1 per valid result$0.01
Signal: website visitor identified20 per company$0.20
Signal: LinkedIn profile, company or keyword50 per result$0.50
Signal: job change, hiring, funding, M&A100 per signal$1.00

Email includes no credits. Multichannel Expert and Enterprise include 400 per user a month, enough for 80 found emails or 20 phone numbers per seat. Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over; add-on credits roll over while the add-on is active, and one-off top-ups never expire while the account exists.

lemlist's own worked example in its credits and pricing guide: 1,000 verified emails = 5,000 credits = $50; 1,000 phone numbers = 20,000 credits = $200; both = $250, assuming every lookup succeeds. Credits get cheaper in bulk:

Credits a monthOne-off top-upMonthlyQuarterlyYearlyYearly cost per found email
2,000$28$20$18$16$0.040
5,000$70$49$44$39$0.039
10,000$134$94$85$75$0.038
25,000$322$225$203$180$0.036
50,000$630$441$397$353$0.035
100,000$1,190$833$750$666$0.033
200,000$2,240$1,568$1,411$1,254$0.031

Above 200,000 credits a month, contact your account manager. The team shares one credit pool: when it runs out, enrichment pauses while campaigns keep sending. Buying intent signals run from 100 for $29 a month ($21 yearly) to 5,000 for $1,068 ($768), or $0.15 to $0.29 per signal.

lemlist pricing per user or per workspace: what a 1, 3, 5 and 10 person team pays

Because Email is flat and Multichannel is per user, team size changes the answer completely. List prices, no add-ons:

lemlist cost by team size: the Email plan stays $55 a month for 1 to 10 users while Multichannel rises to $870

Hidden lemlist costs: extra senders, phone numbers, WhatsApp, calls and signals

The pricing page tooltips carry prices that never appear in the plan cards.

  • Extra email senders: Multichannel includes 5 sending addresses per user; beyond that, "Add more email senders for $9 /email /mo." Email has unlimited senders.
  • WhatsApp: "Add WhatsApp steps to your sequences for $20 per user /mo." An add-on, not included.
  • Phone numbers and calls: "Bring your own number for free or get one for $15/mo, with 400 free monthly mins on Multichannel and 800 on Enterprise." Extra minutes cost 4 to 32 credits.

lemlist free trial and free plan: what you get before you pay

The lemlist free trial is 14 days. The pricing FAQ says you get "the Multichannel plan's features (except in-app calls), plus 200 free credits to find emails and phone numbers, explore buying signals, and more." The freemium article states that "the 200-credit trial is one-time only" with "no weekly credits" afterwards. Three things the trial does not do:

  1. It does not trial the Email plan. The plan guide says the Email plan "does not include a free trial." You test on Multichannel features, then choose Email, even though the pricing page shows a "Start free trial" button under the Email card.
  2. It does not become a free plan that sends. When the trial ends without an upgrade, the account "transitions to Freemium automatically": you can view campaigns, leads and first-page database results and buy credits, but there is "no campaign sending."
  3. It is not always 14 days. The pricing page has carried a banner for "an extended 30 day free trial" through a creator link: a promotion, not the standard term.

lemlist discounts, promo codes and how to pay less

The published lemlist discounts are the billing-period ones: about 10% for quarterly and about 20% for yearly billing, on plans and add-ons alike. There is no coupon field on the pricing page, no published lemlist promo code and no lifetime deal. What actually lowers the bill:

  • Put email-only reps on the Email plan. It is flat. Buy Multichannel seats only for the people who need LinkedIn steps or calls, as a separate team, and confirm the setup with lemlist support.
  • Buy credits yearly and in the right pack. 2,000 credits cost $16 a month yearly against $20 monthly and $28 as a one-off, and the per-credit price falls another 20% between the 2,000 and 200,000 packs.
  • Bring your own phone number and OpenAI key. The number saves $15 a month; your own key for AI variables avoids lemlist credits, per the help center.

lemlist cost per booked meeting: a seat plus Spona data vs an all-in-one seat

Price per month says little until you divide it by meetings. The model compares four ways a small team can run outbound on lemlist, using the lemlist prices above and Spona's confirmed prices: qualified leads $0.32 to $4, bulk leads $0.01 to $0.09, and 1,000 setup credits ($8 to $10) once per new ideal customer profile.

The assumptions, all stated: a three-person team (the lemlist team size in Spona's sales calls); 1,000 new contacts a month in a three-step sequence, so 3,000 emails; annual billing; lemlist credits at a 100% hit rate, as in lemlist's own example. The meeting rate band of 1.0% to 1.8% of delivered contacts comes from one anonymized Spona customer record: an accounting firm with 25 staff that bought 1,000 local owner contacts and saw meetings rise from 10 to 18 per 1,000 over eight weeks. It is applied to every path as a sensitivity band, because no comparable figure exists for lemlist's database.

Path D also buys LinkedIn automation, a dialer with 1,200 call minutes and SMS, which paths A to C do not include.

lemlist cost per booked meeting: three Multichannel seats against the Email plan plus Spona per-lead data

Three things the table shows:

  1. Seats are the expensive line, not data. Three Multichannel seats cost $261 a month before a single lookup; 1,000 found emails cost $39 to $50. An email-only team on path D pays $206 a month more than on path A.
  2. lemlist's own credits are the cheapest way to fill in an email string. At $0.03 to $0.05 per found email, nothing beats path A when you already know which 1,000 people to contact. Spona's bulk leads sit in the same band; its qualified leads cost 6 to 80 times more per record.
  3. Qualified leads pay back only if they change the list, not the email. At $0.32 a lead, path C needs about 40 meetings per 1,000 contacts to match path A's $9.40 per meeting; at $4 a lead it cannot get there on meeting rate alone. What a qualified lead buys is a smaller list that matches a niche, a reason for every match and a verified address, which is what Spona's accounting-firm customer measured as 80% more meetings from the same list size.

lemlist vs Spona: where Spona fits, and where it does not

lemlist is an outreach platform: sequences, warm-up, LinkedIn steps, a dialer and a unified inbox, with a 650M+ lead database and metered credits attached. Spona is a lead data service: describe your ideal customer in a chat, the AI mines 40+ sources, verifies every lead and delivers a scored list in about 4 minutes, and you pay per lead. You run Spona leads through lemlist, not instead of it. Buying a B2B list does not grant permission to email it; establish a lawful basis for personal data processing, meet transparency and objection duties, and follow the recipient country's electronic marketing rules, including prior consent where required.

Where Spona fits

  • Pricing shape. lemlist charges per seat on Multichannel and per credit for data; Spona charges per lead, with no seat: qualified leads $0.32 to $4, bulk leads $0.01 to $0.09, 1,000 setup credits ($8 to $10) per new ideal customer profile. Add-on credits cost $0.01 with plan discounts from 5% (Pro) to 20% (Enterprise), annual billing saves 8%, and Team & Enterprise is annual only, from $20,000. The free plan gives sample leads first.
  • Precision. A Spona qualified lead arrives scored against the profile you described, with the reason it matched. lemlist's database gives you filters and a find rate (its pricing page claims 80% for the waterfall finder); the targeting stays with you.

Where Spona does not fit

  • You already know who to contact. If your list is defined and you only need email strings, lemlist's credits at $0.03 to $0.05 per found email are cheaper than a Spona qualified lead, and each Multichannel seat includes 80 of them a month.
  • You need the channels. Spona does not send email, warm up inboxes, automate LinkedIn or dial. lemlist does, and the Email plan's unlimited users is a strong deal for an email-only team.
  • You want a native connector. Spona has no confirmed native lemlist integration; delivery is CSV or API. If one-click sync matters more than data quality, lemlist's bundled database wins.

If you are weighing lemlist against other outreach platforms, the best lemlist alternatives post covers that decision. For benchmarks behind the meeting-rate assumption, see cold email statistics; for the sequences, the B2B cold email templates.

lemlist pricing FAQ

How much is lemlist per month?

On the live pricing page the Email plan is $69 a month for 50,000 emails with unlimited users, or $55 on annual billing; higher volumes cost $89 to $659 a month. Multichannel is $109 per user a month, or $87 on annual billing. Enterprise is quoted, five seats minimum, annual only.

How much does it cost to send 1,000 emails with lemlist?

The Email plan is a flat fee, so the price per 1,000 depends on how much of the cap you use: $1.10 to $1.38 per 1,000 at the full 50,000 a month, $18 to $23 per 1,000 at 3,000. Finding the 1,000 addresses costs more: 5,000 credits, or $39 to $50 depending on the pack.

Does lemlist offer a discount, promo code or lifetime deal?

About 10% for quarterly and about 20% for yearly billing, on plans and add-ons. lemlist publishes no promo code, coupon or lifetime deal, and the pricing page has no coupon field. Enterprise pricing is negotiated and not published.

Can I cancel lemlist and get a refund?

You can cancel from Billing & Users at any time; the plan stays active to the end of the billing cycle. lemlist's terms state it "will not refund any unused fees paid for a month or year already begun, even on a prorated basis." Add-on credits expire at the next anniversary after you cancel the add-on; one-off top-ups stay usable while the account exists.
