RocketReach Pricing 2026: Plans, Real Costs and Why Prices Differ

Publish date: Oct 15, 2026
On September 28, 2026, RocketReach listed Essentials at $229 a year, Pro at $619 and Ultimate at $1,379 on annual billing, according to Overloop's dated capture of the RocketReach pricing page. In the same month, Spotsaas recorded $399, $899 and $1,699 for the same plans. Both were looking at RocketReach's own page.
That gap is the most important thing to know about RocketReach pricing: the price you see depends on when you look and, according to Cognism, where you are. This guide explains every plan, the lookup and export limits that actually set your cost, what one contact really costs, and how to make sure you pay the lowest price on offer.
How much does RocketReach cost?
RocketReach has a free plan, three individual plans and custom team plans. Using the most recent dated capture, from September 28, 2026:
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | Limits on annual | Limits on monthly | Data |
| Free | $0 | $0 | 5 lookups | 5 lookups | |
| Essentials | $19/mo ($229/yr) | $39/mo | Unlimited lookups, 1,200 exports/yr | 100 lookups + 100 exports/mo | Email only |
| Pro | $52/mo ($619/yr) | $79/mo | Unlimited lookups, 3,600 exports/yr | 250 lookups + 250 exports/mo | Email + phone |
| Ultimate | $115/mo ($1,379/yr) | $169/mo | Unlimited lookups, 20,000 exports/yr | 1,000 lookups + 1,000 exports/mo | Email + phone |
| Team / custom | From $6,000/yr | Not offered | Pooled credits | - | Email + phone |
A few rules hold across every source we checked:
- Essentials is email only. Phone numbers start on Pro.
- Annual plans include unlimited lookups but cap exports at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year.
- Monthly plans cap both at 100, 250 or 1,000 a month.
- Team plans with pooled credits start at $6,000 a year.
- Adding a seat saves about 5% per added seat, according to Cleanlist's review of the pricing page.
Why RocketReach prices differ from site to site
If you've compared RocketReach pricing articles, you've probably seen very different numbers. That's not just old content. Dated captures of RocketReach's own pricing page show several price levels in 2026 alone:
| Source (capture date) | Essentials (annual) | Pro (annual) | Ultimate (annual) | Monthly: Essentials / Pro / Ultimate |
| SaaSworthy (Feb 2025) | $576 | $1,296 | $2,988 | - |
| ZoomInfo blog (May 2026) | $299 | $749 | $1,539 | $39 / $79 / $169 |
| Salesmotion (June 2026) | $329 | $829 | $1,699 | $49 / $99 / $209 |
| Cleanlist (Aug 7, 2026) | $329 | $829 | $1,699 | - |
| Emelia (Aug 2026) | $229 | $619 | $1,379 | $39 / $79 / $169 |
| Spotsaas (Sep 2026) | $399 | $899 | $1,699 | $69 / $119 / $209 |
| Overloop (Sep 28, 2026) | $229 | $619 | $1,379 | $39 / $79 / $169 |

The changes go both ways, and two captures from the same week can disagree. Cognism notes that RocketReach may show different pricing depending on your region, and Spotsaas notes that the page shows local currency to visitors outside the US. Older listings add to the confusion: SaaSworthy's capture from February 2025 shows Pro at $1,296 a year.
What to do about it: check the pricing page yourself while logged out, compare the monthly and annual toggles, and take a screenshot of the price before you pay. If you've seen a lower published price, mention it. RocketReach changes its list prices often enough that last month's number may not be this month's.
Lookups vs. exports: the limit that sets your real cost
RocketReach meters two different things, and confusing them is the most common budgeting mistake:
- A lookup reveals a person's contact details inside RocketReach. A lookup only counts if RocketReach finds and verifies an email or phone number; otherwise it's refunded.
- An export moves a contact out of RocketReach, whether into a CSV, your CRM, a sequencer or through the API.
On annual plans, lookups are unlimited, subject to a fair-use limit of 10,000 a month according to ZoomInfo's summary of RocketReach's subscriber terms. Exports are the real cap. On monthly plans, lookups and exports are both capped at the same monthly number.
The practical rule: if your contacts must end up in a CRM or sequencer, size your plan by exports, not lookups. A rep building lists for one campaign can use a quarter of Essentials' 1,200 annual exports in an afternoon.
What each RocketReach plan includes
Based on plan details recorded by UpLead and Overloop in September 2026:
- Free: 5 lookups with no credit card, email only, no exports.
- Essentials: verified personal and professional emails, search, lists, CSV enrichment, sequences up to 500 emails a day, the Chrome extension and 5 active Autopilots. No phone numbers.
- Pro: everything in Essentials plus mobile and direct phone numbers, technographics, news, org charts, 10 active Autopilots, and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Bullhorn.
- Ultimate: everything in Pro plus intent data, healthcare data, Salesforce custom mapping and 25 active Autopilots.
- Team and custom plans: pooled credits, company exports, a dedicated account manager and higher API limits, from $6,000 a year.
What one RocketReach contact really costs
Dividing each plan's price by its export or lookup allowance gives the most you'll pay per usable contact, assuming you use the full allowance. Using September 28, 2026 prices:
| Plan | Annual: price / exports | Per export | Monthly: price / lookups | Per lookup |
| Essentials (email only) | $229 / 1,200 | About $0.19 | $39 / 100 | $0.39 |
| Pro | $619 / 3,600 | About $0.17 | $79 / 250 | About $0.32 |
| Ultimate | $1,379 / 20,000 | About $0.07 | $169 / 1,000 | About $0.17 |
Two caveats change the real number. On monthly billing, a lookup that returns only an email still counts, so if half of your Pro lookups return a phone, you're paying about $0.63 per phone number, as Overloop calculates. And on any plan, unused allowance doesn't roll over, so if you use half your exports, your cost per contact doubles.
For context, our Lusha alternatives guide compares cost per phone number across tools: Apollo Basic works out to about $0.16 and RocketReach Pro about $0.17, while Lusha and Kaspr land between $0.44 and $0.49.
Monthly vs. annual: which saves more?
Annual billing is much cheaper per month, and it changes the meter:
| Plan | 12 months on monthly billing | Annual prepayment | Saving |
| Essentials | $468 | $229 | $239 (about 51%) |
| Pro | $948 | $619 | $329 (about 35%) |
| Ultimate | $2,028 | $1,379 | $649 (about 32%) |
Annual billing removes the monthly lookup cap and costs roughly half on Essentials and about a third less on Pro and Ultimate. Monthly billing makes sense only for a short project or a trial month. One warning: you prepay either way. According to RocketReach's FAQ, as reported by Overloop, cancellation takes effect at the start of the following term, so an annual plan is a 12-month spend.
Hidden costs to check before you buy
- Phone numbers need Pro. If you call prospects, Essentials isn't really an option.
- Exports run out before lookups. "Unlimited lookups" doesn't mean unlimited contacts in your CRM.
- Monthly overages. On monthly plans, extra lookups cost about $0.25 on Essentials and $0.45 on Pro and Ultimate, according to Spotsaas.
- Per-seat pricing. Every rep needs a seat, and each seat has its own allowance unless you move to a $6,000+ team plan.
- Auto-renewal. Plans renew automatically. Salesmotion notes that surprise renewal charges are a recurring complaint in reviews, so set a reminder before your term ends.
- The Community Program. Signing up with Google or Microsoft enrolls you in RocketReach's Community Program, which, according to ZoomInfo's review of its terms, gives RocketReach read access to your email headers and contact signatures in exchange for free credits. Sign up with an email address if you'd rather not share that data.
RocketReach pricing for teams
RocketReach bills per seat, so costs grow with every rep. At September 28, 2026 prices, five reps on Pro with annual billing cost about $3,095 a year, and three reps about $1,857, according to Emelia's team cost breakdown. Each seat has its own export allowance, so one rep's unused exports can't be used by another.
Spotsaas recorded team prices per seat of $379 a year on Essentials, $854 on Pro and $1,614 on Ultimate for a US buyer, reflecting the 5% saving per added seat. Above that, RocketReach steers larger teams to custom plans from $6,000 a year, which add pooled credits, company exports and a dedicated account manager. Older listings, such as Enrich's May 2026 review, also show Team Pro and Team Ultimate plans at around $83 and $207 per seat a month.
If you have five or more reps, ask for a custom quote and compare it with the per-seat total before you commit.
Which RocketReach plan should you choose?
- You only need emails and export about 100 contacts a month: Essentials with annual billing.
- You call prospects: Pro with annual billing is the realistic entry point, since Essentials has no phone numbers.
- You export more than 3,600 contacts a year: Ultimate, where the cost per export drops sharply.
- You prospect in short bursts: a month or two on monthly billing can cost less than a year you won't use.
- You have a team of five or more: compare per-seat pricing with a custom team quote.
- You need RocketReach mainly for a CRM sync: size the plan by exports, not lookups.
Is RocketReach free?
Partly. A free account gives you 5 lookups with no credit card, email only and no exports. That's enough to check data quality on five contacts you already know, but not enough for real prospecting.
How much does it cost to find and email 1,000 contacts?
Finding the contacts is the main cost. On RocketReach Pro with annual billing, 1,000 exported contacts cost about $172 of your plan, based on roughly $0.17 per export. On Ultimate, the same 1,000 exports cost about $70, but only if you use the plan's full 20,000-export allowance. Sending is a separate question: RocketReach's built-in sequences send up to 500 emails a day, while dedicated cold email tools charge their own subscription. Either way, verify contacts before sending, because bounces hurt your sender reputation.
How did my information get on RocketReach?
RocketReach's privacy policy, as summarized by Overloop, says it collects publicly available information from sources such as social media, company websites and public records, and obtains data from providers such as people directories and data brokers. You can ask RocketReach to remove your profile through its profile removal form, and it offers a Do Not Sell or Share tool. Removal at the source doesn't reach copies that customers have already exported.
How to get the best RocketReach price
- Check the page yourself, logged out, and compare the monthly and annual toggles.
- Screenshot the price before you pay, since list prices change often.
- Choose annual billing if you'll prospect every month.
- Add seats on one account to get the per-seat saving.
- Ask for a custom quote once you reach five or more reps.
- Test on the free plan first, using five contacts whose details you already know.
Is RocketReach worth the price?
RocketReach is good value if you look up named individuals across many industries and export a steady volume every month on an annual plan. Pro at about $0.17 per exported contact is competitive, and Ultimate drops below $0.10 at full volume.
It's weaker value if you need phones on a small budget, work in bursts, need pooled credits for a team, or use monthly billing. And as Woodpecker's review points out, RocketReach finds contacts; it isn't a full outreach platform.
