6sense Pricing 2026: What It Costs, How Credits Work and What Changed

Publish date: Oct 15, 2026
6sense publishes no prices for its paid plans, but Vendr's procurement data puts the median contract at $62,440 a year across 385 purchases, ranging from $11,376 to $176,809. Two recent changes matter for anyone pricing it now. In May 2025, 6sense replaced its Team, Growth and Enterprise plans with a single license, and on August 12, 2026, it discontinued its free Sales Intelligence plan.
Many pricing guides still describe the old tiers and the free plan. This guide uses 6sense's own help documentation and current contract data to explain what you'll pay, how credits are consumed and where extra costs appear.
How much does 6sense cost?
| Measure | Figure | Source |
| Median annual contract | $62,440 (385 purchases) | Vendr |
| Lowest observed contract | $11,376 a year | Vendr |
| Highest observed contract | $176,809 a year | Vendr |
| Average negotiated saving | About 17% | Vendr |
| Typical implementation fee | $10,000 to $50,000+ | Vendr |
| Typical annual renewal increase | 5% to 10% | Vendr |

Vendr's range is wide because quotes depend on how many accounts you want 6sense to monitor, which modules you buy, how many credits you need and how long you commit. Vendr's small deployments start around $50,000 a year, while large enterprise deals with advertising and premium data can pass $300,000.
6sense pricing plans in 2026
According to 6sense's support documentation, on May 22, 2025, the old Sales Intelligence plans became one license with three variants. The pricing page lists the packages but no prices:
| Package | What it includes | Price |
| Sales Intelligence + Data Credits + Predictive AI | Everything: predictive scores, Sales Copilot, contact and company data acquisition, buyer discovery, list builder, intent and workflows | Custom quote |
| Sales Intelligence + Data Credits | Contact and company data through credits, technographics, web visitor identification, third-party intent, workflows, Chrome extension | Custom quote |
| Sales Intelligence + Predictive AI | Predictive scores and dashboards, Sales Copilot, insights and intent, but no contact purchasing | Custom quote |
| Free Sales Intelligence | 50 credits a month, search, alerts and Chrome extension | Discontinued August 12, 2026 |
If you were on an older plan, 6sense mapped Team and Growth customers to the credits-only license, Enterprise customers to credits plus predictive, and Enterprise Lite customers to predictive without credits. Admins can now assign each user Full Access or a Lite role, and Lite users can't spend credits except on AI-written emails.
The full ABM platform, including Revenue Marketing, advertising and AI email agents, is quoted separately on top of Sales Intelligence.
How 6sense credits work
Credits are how 6sense charges for contact data. Its credits documentation sets out the rules:
- Unlocking a person costs 1 credit, covering all available emails and phone numbers for that person, and only if data is available.
- Exporting to CSV costs 1 credit per record, even when 6sense adds nothing new.
- Exporting to a CRM costs 1 credit only if 6sense adds new information. Exporting a contact with its account can cost up to 2 credits.
- AI Writer costs 1 credit per email, including four regenerations.
- Re-enriching a record is free for 12 months after the first charge.
- Enrichment API calls only charge for matched records.
- Credits don't roll over. They come in pools, usually annual, and expire at the end of the period. Admins get five warning emails, starting 60 days before expiry.
The practical risk is forecasting. If your reps unlock and export more than planned, you either ration access or buy more credits mid-contract. If they use less, the remainder expires.
Advertising costs
6sense Advertising is billed on top of the license. Its advertising pricing terms set a $100 minimum budget per campaign, a 7-day minimum duration and a $1 minimum CPM bid. Data and service fees, typically 15% to 18%, are deducted from campaign spend, and persona targeting carries extra data fees. There's no required spending commitment unless you choose a prepaid option, and you're invoiced monthly for active campaigns.
Hidden costs to budget for

- Implementation: Vendr says onboarding and implementation often run $10,000 to $50,000 or more, quoted separately.
- Professional services: ongoing strategic support can add 10% to 20% to annual platform costs, according to Vendr.
- Renewal increases: Vendr reports annual escalation clauses of typically 5% to 10%.
- Operations time: most teams need a RevOps or marketing ops owner to configure segments, models and workflows. That salary never appears on the quote.
- Unused credits: anything left at the end of a pool is lost.
A worked example: your first two years
Say your quote lands on Vendr's median of $62,440 a year. Using Vendr's typical ranges, the real budget looks like this:
- Year one license: $62,440.
- Implementation: $10,000 to $50,000 more, so year one is roughly $72,000 to $112,000 before any advertising.
- Advertising: if you run 6sense ads, budget the media separately and expect 15% to 18% of that spend to go to fees.
- Year two license: a 5% to 10% escalator takes the license to about $65,600 to $68,700, unless you negotiated a cap.
Add the time of whoever runs the platform, and the two-year cost of a median deployment can easily pass $150,000. That's why the renewal cap and implementation terms matter as much as the headline price.
How 6sense pricing compares
6sense sits at the top of the market with its closest rival. Vendr's median for Demandbase is $68,591 a year, so the two are within about 10% of each other. Contact data platforms cost less: Vendr's median for ZoomInfo is about $33,500, as covered in our ZoomInfo pricing guide. Apollo starts at $49 per user a month billed yearly, as our Apollo pricing guide explains. The comparison only holds if you need what each tool does: 6sense and Demandbase sell predictive ABM, while ZoomInfo and Apollo sell contact data and outreach.
Questions to ask 6sense before you sign
- How many credits are included, and what does an extra block cost mid-contract?
- Can unused credits roll over, at least once?
- What exactly does implementation include, and what triggers extra professional services?
- Is the annual increase capped, and what is the notice period for cancellation?
- Which intent sources are native to 6sense and which are resold from partners?
- How long until predictive scores are trained on our own CRM data?
Is 6sense worth the price?
6sense tends to justify its cost for larger teams running marketing-led account-based marketing (ABM), with clean CRM history to train its predictive models and someone to operate the platform. It was named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for ABM Platforms for the fifth consecutive year, according to 6sense's announcement.
It's harder to justify for teams that mainly need contact data or outbound lists. Several reviewers make the same point: Salesmotion estimates 4 to 8 weeks of implementation, and Docket reports that predictive accuracy improves after months of CRM data. If you won't use predictive scoring or ABM orchestration, you're paying for capabilities you don't need. Our guide to 6sense alternatives compares cheaper options by use case.
How to negotiate a better 6sense deal
- Use the data. Vendr reports buyers save about 17% on average, and ORM's analysis of the same dataset notes the twenty-fold spread means the first quote is a starting point.
- Time it. 6sense's fiscal year ends January 31, so the end of a quarter, and especially January, is when quotes move most.
- Bring a competitive quote from Demandbase, ZoomInfo or another alternative.
- Cap renewals. Vendr suggests limiting annual increases to 3% to 5% or tying them to inflation, in writing.
- Negotiate credits. Ask for rollover of unused credits or a larger pool at the same price.
- Get implementation in writing, including what triggers extra professional services fees.
Spona: pay per lead instead of a platform contract
